Each request is quoted individually. Your quote includes the price of the item, our service fee, shipping and insurance, so you know the total before deciding. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products (for example alcohol, perfume or certain foods) are subject to carrier rules and import regulations in your country; we check this before sending you a quote.

We buy from official brand boutiques, authorised retailers or sellers that you have approved. We keep the original invoice, packaging and documents (warranty cards, certificates) and ship them with your item.

For goods exported outside the European Union, French VAT may not be due or may be refundable, depending on the seller and the item. We tell you in your quote which option applies to your purchase.

Import duties and taxes in your country are generally paid by the recipient on arrival. We prepare accurate customs documents. On request, and for some destinations, we can quote a delivery with duties prepaid.

Payment terms and methods are set out in your written quote. We never purchase anything before you have approved the quote.

It depends on availability and your location. Items in stock can usually be bought within a few days; express international delivery then usually takes a few business days. We give you an estimate with your quote.

Yes, that is one of the main reasons customers use our service. We go to the boutique for you. For highly allocated items (some watches or bags) availability is decided by the brand, so we cannot guarantee a purchase, but we will always tell you honestly what is possible.

Yes. On request we send you photos or a video from the shop so you can confirm colour, size or condition before we pay.
