Data controller

The data controller is ABC Office, operator of frenchbuyer.fr. You can contact us at info@abc-office.eu.

Data we collect

When you use our contact form or write to us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery country and the details of your request.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, to carry out the purchase and shipment. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after a maximum of 3 years from our last contact. Data related to orders is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Recipients

Your data is only accessible to our team and to the service providers strictly necessary for our activity (email hosting, website hosting, carriers for shipment). It is never sold.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@abc-office.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
